3750X crash and erasing the startup and the running config

hi everyone. I have a 3750X in stack, today my switches was reload unexpected and on the log i cant see nothing, additional to this, the startup and the running config was deleted.
I have smart care, but i did not received notification.

 

could you helpme??

 

im attached the logs.

Not able to find anything with the logs.

Could you please attach the show tech from the box ?

Hi Luis,

The logs do not provide much info except showing the interfaces went up and down.

I would open a ticket with TAC on this and get them to help you resolve the issue.
