3750X : how to disable the MODE button ? (disable the factory reset function)

Hi all,

Hi need to disable the "press MODE button more than 10seconds" factory-reset feature.

The button is way too close to port 1 and I have a real life example of someone erasing the switch config by pluggin a RJ45 cable ( with plastic cover) on the 1st RJ45 port. (see picture)

>> how can I prevent this from happening in my production network ?

In global config mode enter "no setup express" and this will stop the switch having the config erased if the button is held in.
