3850 stack power 5 switches not forming ring

We have a 5 switch 3850 stack and I'm trying to get the stack power to work but no luck so far. I'm following this document.

Does it matter which end of the cable (yellow and green) is plugged in where? I have it plugged in so that the yellow mark on the cable is at the top end and the green mark at the bottom of the cables.

Hi there I notice this in your output:

 

Switch 1, 2, 3
Power budget: 280 each

and

Switch 4, 5
Power budget: 410 each

 

do switch 4 and 5 have redundant power supplies themselves? (show inventory)

All 5 switches have 1 power supply. Switch 4 and 5 have a 715 W power supply.

Well should there not be 2 rings actually? Because only up to 4 switches are supported in a power stack? THe way this is wired I think there should be one ring of 3 switches and another ring of 2. Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

And I noticed and think the problem here might be that the power stack ports on switch 4 are shut. Any idea how to unshut?
