I have configured my new 3850 using the command line and all works well.
I logged into the web interface expecting to see device manager with a pretty image of the switch etc.
However I am presented with the Express Setup page and even if i fill in all of the details again and click submit then nothing happens and this is all I can get.
I have version 03.02.01SE software.
Any Ideas?
Thanks

I have tested it in my lab again. I have the same issue, but I think it is quite normal, because there is no completly GUI available right now. There is also no GUI for configuring WiFi it will be released in the next month - in the meantime you have to use the CLI...
cheers

I only ever use https so have the following
no ip http server
ip http secure-server
This config is proven on the 3750X switch stacks we have.

After re-reading the product overview the is indead mention of the lack of web GUI
Q. Is there an onboard web GUI on the Cisco Catalyst 3850?
A. There is no onboard web GUI with the Cisco Catalyst 3850. This might be added later as part of a software update.
Maybe it should say there is a bit of one but it doesn't work. :-)

When connecting to the Web interface A warning page is shown stating that the latest version of OS supported is Windows Vista and the Browser is IE7. This seems bizzare as this product was released this year!
I want to avoid any claim that this issue is caused because I have been connecting from a Windows 7 machine using Firefox. I have therefor created a virtual WinXP machine which installs with IE6. When connecting to the Web UI the warning page is not displayed but I am still stuck on the express setup page. Screenshot below.
