Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. sh version; and
2. sh proc cpu sort | ex 0.00

yep we are still waiting for the issue to re-occur to have better output, This an intermittent issue also.

Hello,

post the output of:

show proc cpu sorted | ex 0.00

This is an intermittent issue we are still waiting to re-occur. Once we get the information we will post it. Thanks

Hello,

if possible, check if this occurs when there is high traffic volume, or when users are doing specific things. I know that sounds a bit vague, but in general, these CPU spikes are caused by something particular...

We will check the traffic and keep you updated. We need to monitor the MAC address on the debug packet cause does PC are the only mac address there. Not sure what does PC doing we are still observing it. It very hard for us to troubleshoot since its very intermittent.

Hi guys the high cpu utilization re-occured again. Please see show info on the attached files.
