4500 WS-X4648-RJ45V+E

With this module ( WS-X4648-RJ45V+E), can i have connected devices at 15 watts in all 48 ports  simultaneosly?

In Cisco documentation it only says:

"Capable of up to 30 W of inline power per port on up to 24 ports simultaneously"

I have seen a deployment with all 48 ports utilized for cisco 7961 phones, my assumption would be yes. I may be wrong...
