4506-e error messages

We have a 4506-e switch that went down and rebooted itself.   Now the log is constantly populating these entries:

err addr:  0x005c5558

PFN: 0x000005c5

Err Detect Register: 0x0000000004

Faulty Data bit:  40

Expected Data / ECC: ^I0x00000000001_00000000 / 0xce 

Captured Data / ECC: ^I0x00000000101_00000000 / 0xce

Err addr:  0x005c5558

The switch is up and running and users are working,  but I don't know what these log entries mean.   Is my Sup module going bad?   Please advise.

Can you paste the output from the "show log" and "show ver" commands?
