4506-E Switching Modules-Amber Status LEDs

We have a Cisco 4506-E chassis that has three switching modules installed and they all had an amber status. I restarted the switch which didn't resolve the issue. I re-seated each module and only one of them changed to a green status.  I did a hw reset on the other two modules and they came back online but are still amber. I cleaned the side vents and used dry air.  I ran the CLI analyzer and no bugs were detected any idea's would be greatly appreciated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Try putting the 2 modules with this issue in different slots.

Console into the switch and re-seat the modules. Post everything that showed up in console so we know what is going on.

Maybe I'm too new and dumb, but it seems the lights are simply indicating that the Inlet temp for both 2 and 4 are over the warning limit?

Is the switch in a room with a low enough ambient temperature?
