You either have an IOS bug or a critical hardware failure.

ok thanks but can you tell me how i can confirm whether it is a software bug or harware issue ... becoz switch not giving any error message.

Hi,

Did you try pressing Ctrl+C to break into ROMMON. Possiby worth trying to break and see what images are there:

dev (to see file systems)

dir (to check particular file system e.g. dir bootflash:)

then you can try booting different images if you have any  and see how it is booting. I'm even wondering if you have any image there. Possibly you will need to upload one with xmodem or TFTP from rommon. But first check if you have anything there.

HTH,
Niko

thank you very much , i have image in the flash which is cat4000-I9S-M , it is decompressing this image correctly but after that it it reboots automatically....

Hey Fawad,

I don't see image decompression logs above - can you please past those once again to the point when it crashes again and start new cycle of boot. You can log you termial session to a file to have that all appeneded in case of conolse output reset.
