4507R-E config deleted following upgrade

I have a number of 4507R-E switches with dual SUP6-E supervisors cards in them.

during an upgrade to 15.2(2)E7 including a ROMMON upgrade to 12.2(44r)SG10 config goes missing.

slot 3 Active Slot 4 Standby Hot - download the new code on active and standby bootflash amend the boot command and then reload the standby card with the redundancy reload peer command. The problem seems to occur when you then do the redundancy force-switchover to the standby cold supervisor. The interfaces are defaulted and the hw-module module port-group x select gigabit interface is also deleted. Put the interface config back and then re-insert the hw-module commands and issue is sorted but this must be a bug right?

Yes, most likely a bug in the version of software you are running.

Is the config register 0x2102 during the process?

We have upgraded our 4507 switch to 15.2(2)E7 and is ipbase. We have done it with Configuration register is 0x102. Right now the traffic to servers behind the switches is  intermittent and not reachable.

Can you please confirm if it is due to doing with conf reg at 0x102?  If yes can you please help in what needs to be done to fix the issue.

This is urgent a quick solution. Would be really helpful

Hi  our configuration register was at 0x2102 - we are now looking to decommission these switches due to network changes.
