We desided to install cisco network assistant. After the installation we had telnet connection problem to 4510+r, and standby sup restarted changed to standbuy cold.Before the installation everything was fine. Also after installation, commandline configuration changed :

when I'm trying to connect from PC it show following error:
could not open connection to the host on port 23 connect failed
putty refused this connection.
when im trying to type config to vty sh run doesn't show this configuration.
I can't remove Line 1 16.
After line clear problem not solved. also tried: no exec transport input note,all, telnet Login Local no Login
but no result. No any Line vty config on sh run.

another problem is standby sup doesn't changing to hot. I tried many times restart to standby sup again no any results, it's in cold standby mode. Below Logs for this error.
