5548 and fex configrations on dual homed fabric extender

We have configured 2 5548s with vpc and we have nexus 2000s with topology  of  dual homed fabric extender. I can see the the ports for the nexus 2000s on both 5000s. When i change the port configuration for 2000s  on first 5000 it applies.   When i change the port configuration for 2000s  on second 5000 it applies. but it does not sync.

Is there any plan on Nexus 5500 to sync with vpc?

If you are not using config sync, you have to config the same port setting in both N5Ks. You might want to look into config sync in the following link
