6504 Minor Error Appaer

Hi

i have Cisco 6504 with 3 active module , when i work on it , this logging message appear

%DIAG-SP-3-MINOR: Module 3: Online Diagnostics detected a Minor Error. Please use 'show diagnostic result <target>' to see test results.

and then all traffic on this module be down !!

what causes that ?

and how i can fixed it ?

Could be a hardware issue. If the module is down try to re-seat it.

Becareful when pulling/pushing the modules in the slot.

Hey Murad,

Can you try to re-seat the module? Make sure you record the "sh logs" when reseating because if anything is wrong it'll show up there.
