NOTE:  The most "mature" firmware for the 6500 is the later releases of the SXJ train.  The later releases of the SXJ train was "the gold standard" when it comes to stable firmware.

Post the complete output to the following commands:

sh proc cpu h
sh proc cpu sort | ex 0.00
sh module

@Leo Laohoo @balaji.bandi  result of those comand show . I thinking i need upgrade OS but i don't know which OS is suitable !

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

A lot of people weren't born yet when SXJ was made EoS.

Haha,, so we using s72033-ipbasek9-vz.122-33.sxi4a.bin . what is OS can replacement  ?

Thanks you ^^

Can you post the complete output to the command

show processes cpu sorted | exclude 0.00

The latest 12.2(33)SXJ can be found HERE.

WARNING:  Read the SXJ Release Notes very carefully.

Beside upgrade new OS, we can have other solution to fix it ?cpu proc.jpg

The screenshot did not provide any useful information.  The process that is hogging the CPU has been cut out leaving us NOTHING.
