Hi Jason,
I believe you only have the boot file for your msfc which is taking you to the boot prompt but not the imain IOS image to load the router to give you full functionality.
Check with
Router(boot)>dir bootflash:
And see what all file you see. Also if you do not have the main IOS file you can load it via tftp but if you have the main IOS image in your msfc bootflash you can boot the router manually and then set the bootpath.
Make sure you have set the correct boot path for main IOS image and config register value is set to 0x2102
