Hello all,
I have several pair of 6513E with dual SUP2T modules and a handful of WS-X6908-10G.
The 6908-10G are full of X2-10GB-SR modules connected to various 10G Nics by Intel & Chelsio.
All of these ports appear to be stuck operating at 1G instead of 10G. It does not seem to matter if its just testing with iperf3 with TCP/UDP or testing the iSCSI performance back to two different iSCSI SANs. I have tried a slew of settings including jumbo frame on/off, flowcontrol on/off but nothing seems to make a difference.
Just though I would reach out and see if anyone has seen this behavior before. We are thinking about pulling all the fiber out to one half of the network and re-connecting it all to a different 10G switch to see if its something with the particular chassis.

Must be a software bug because optics do not have the options to "pick" a speed other than what is set on the optics itself.
What IOS version is the chassis running on?

They are on 15.5(1)SY3.
The ports themselves say 10G but I am only getting about 700Mbps through the port. Its severally underperforming except there are no interface errors/collisions ect that indicate there is a problem.
The switch fabric utilization is predominantly at 0% without any errors that I have been able to find.
I'm trying to get my hands on a TCP/IP test kit that can go up to 10G with SR optics just to verify.
