can't configure device tracking policy on C2960X switch

I am trying to configure a device tracking policy on a switch (C2960X, Version 15.2(7)E4) but the switch doesn't seem to identify the commands:

SW1(config)#device-tracking policy test
                                ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

SW1(config)#

Any ideas?

I have it enabled, but I want to test the following tracking policy:

SW(Config)#device-tracking policy test

security-level inspect

trusted-port

Then, apply the command under a test interface:

SW(config-if)#device-tracking attach policy test
