Hi !
7606/Sup720-3bxl/12.2(33)SRC4. A huge traffic is observed from fabric to Sup, but there are no active ports on Sup. What is the traffic ?

It looks like all this traffic goes from slot 4 through fabric to Sup (slot 6). I thought it was multicast, but according to "show ip mroute count" multicast gets only 500-600Mbps.
According to "show mls statistics" there is a lot of L2 traffic. May be it`s "unknown MAC" traffic punted to Sup ? I can`t remember the command which can show counters for switched known/unknown MAC frames, something like "show mls..."
Thanks in advance,
Kirill

Hi Jayakrishna,
you were right - SPAN was the reason. Thanks a lot for help.
Best regards,
Kirill
