7961 Series (CISCO IP PHONE)/ disengage voice mail

Does anyone know how to disengage VOICE MAIL from our 7961series IP Phone/Switchboard... manually?  We originally had our system setup with a Cisco Call Manager Attendant online app, which used to drive the system... turning our phone/switchboard on and off.  But, a recent power outage fried our PC with this software.  So, we're now stuck, where we can't bring the app back online and turn our switchboard on and off.  Manually, this switchboard is now able to call out.  However, we're not receiving any incoming calls, as it immediately goes into voice mail.  Is there a way we can manually program the switchboard phone, via the phone keys, to just ring and not go into voice mail automatically (as it currently is)???  Are there a series of keys to touch, to disengage it from directly going into voice mail?  PLEASE HELP!!!  Our company is missing important incoming calls.  Thanks!

No, it is not the phone that controls the call routing, but the call manager.

my guess is the call manager is configured so that if no attendant is available , it will reroute to voicemail.

if not configured using the call manager, there is no "button" to simply reroute the call from voicemail.

-> you will need to check the Call managere settings,

and if necessary reconfigure to NOT use the call manager attendant but forward all calls to a simple IP phone
