Can Blocking Ports analyse BPDUs?

I know that they receive and discard BPDUs. But, do they analyse the BPDUs before discard it?

Yes the Blocking ports do analyze BPDUs to decide if they should stay in Blocking state or change to other states.

Then, they only analyse and later, discard the worse bpdu.
