Re: 9200 Series switch as an replacement of 2960 Series

Hi,

I am managing a network that consists of 43 Cisco 2960 series switches, and I need to replace 1 Switch as it has gotten failed.

Does the Model C9200L-24P-4G-E will be the best replacement for the Model WS-C2960XR-24PS-I ??

Please advise if I can go for better options.

Like for like, Catalyst 1000 is the direct replacement to the 2960.

9200/9200L/9200X are just "premium" replacement for the 2960.
