9407 acoustic data

I'm working on a network design for a large University residential facility. I need to know the maximum noise level of a 9407R with two 3.2kw power supplies installed. The startup noise level.  The data sheet only states 60dB at 50% load, which doesn't provide sufficient information for the acoustic engineer to use.

im pretty sure that fan speed is dictated by temperature ..not load. you need to factor in the air temperature coming into the swtich as well. A switch with 5 percent load but sucking in 150 degree air will shut down a lot quicker than a switch at 90 percent load thats sucking in 70 degree air..

I’m needing to know the maximum noise level as we need to design comms room acoustics to attenuate this. So although load and ambient temperature define the regular running noise level, we still need to know what the maximum level is when a restart occurs, or load/temperature result in maximum noise.
