I am sure this is config available all the Cisco switches Platforms, until otherwise mentioned in the release notes :
An interface with the PortFast feature enabled is moved directly to the spanning-tree forwarding state without waiting for the standard forward-time delay.
If you enable the voice VLAN feature, the PortFast feature is automatically enabled. When you disable voice VLAN, the PortFast feature is not automatically disabled.
You can enable this feature if your switch is running PVST+, Rapid PVST+, or MSTP.
Use the PortFast feature only when connecting a single end station to a Layer 2 port. Otherwise, you might create a network loop.
configuring spanning-tree portfast network
You use the portfast network on trunk ports to enable bridge assurance feature which protects against loops by detecting unidirectional links in the STP topology. But normally bridge assurance is enabled by default.
