About traffic control though private proxy via IP-VPN network

Hello,

I need your help about the subject.

My customer need to access to the Internet via IP-VPN network, and also they need to

restrict only using http and https access from a specific networking segment.

But they have a own proxy server, and they have to access to the Internet via this server.

[192.168.18.0/24] ----IP-VPN----<Router> ----- <L3SW> ----- <PIX515> -----<Router> -----[The Internet]

                                                                       |                    |

                                                              Proxy server         DNS

I'd like to  permit 192.168.18.0/24 to access to the Internet only.

I'm planning to configure the PBR to the L3SW,but I'm concerned about how the Proxy may affect.

Could you please advise me about it?

Or do you have other idea about it?

Best Regards,

Jun

I think that you need  configure wccp on a router for redirect http requests to a proxy server. And on a PIX allow only proxy ip to go to the Internet.
