Access-list Per vlan

Hi All, am i right when i say a Catalyst 3750-X and 3560-X is a layer 3 switch that will allow me to apply one access-list inbound and one  outbound at the same time per vlan

Yes, per SVI (vlan interface) you are correct.

Is there something you are trying to do where this is an issue ?

Thanks for getting back to me guys, my customer has asked far a " Layer 3 48-port switch,  but the most important thing is that it should be configurable to block inbound and outbound traffic at the same time.

So i'm assuming they are using ACL's

Are you using ACL in conjunction with vlan-map per vlan ?

Or you explain little further what exactly you like to achieve?
