Hello, I have a problem. After updating the firmware (file c1000-universalk9-mz.152-7.E8.bin), I can't access the web interface on the C1000-24T-4X-L "PFP120-193" switch.

Could someone please help me on how to get it back step by step?

Thank you and best regards.

 - From https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286324187/type/280805680/release/15.2.7E8 , download and install the file name with tar extension instead of the bin file (it contains the html pages for  GUI managament (too))

When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

How do I do that?
I'm sorry, I'm like a child in the woods when it comes to Cisco.

 - To be honest ; such basic tasks and knowledge are out of scope/spectrum for community help ; you will download the mentioned link and install with :

         # archive download-sw /reload /overwrite  tftp://path-to-tftp-server/downloaded-file-name (e.g)

No warranty check documentation and increase knowledge,
