Hello, I would like to know if it's possible, to include the NIM ports on an ISR in routing process i.e using the ethernet ports  in addition to the WAN ports.

Thank you.

Hi
do you mean use it as a routed port ?

its a pure Layer 2 module , it cab be added to a vlan and the vlan could be routed that way but the individual ports cannot take a IP address

Thanks Mark,

Yes the idea was to use one port as an additionnal WAN Port to create another route, so I need to use a WAN module for that ?

Yes you cant ip these interfaces just wont allow it on that module unfortunately
If it has to be on that router it will need another module or spare L3 port to get an actual IP address
