After upgrading our link form 1000Mbps to 1200 Mbps we are receiving this error. Interface goes to err-disabled state

Please provide the output to the command "sh post" and "sh diagnostic result switch 1 module 4 detail".

show post is not working

Kindly find the show version output.

How about the "sh diagnostic result switch 1 module 4 detail"?

Can you try to re-seat the line card?  (Pull it halfway out of the slot and putting it back in?)

Can you also try MOVING the line card into a different slot?

show diagnostic result switch 1 module detail

Error:Out of range(1,13) module no: 0

will try for re-seat of line card

Re-seated the link card still the issue occurs
