Allow VPN connection from inside network.

Hi

Can anyone help in configuring a VPN connection from inside network to another network through VPN.

i need to allow a host on my inside network to access a server of one company.its hosted on public IP.

eg.10.0.0.1 should be able to access 212.X.X.10.

What kinda security equipments you are using out there ?

Are you using a router to create the vpn tunnel or a PIX/ASA ?
