Allowing separate network access to corporate assets

Hi all,

Can someone tell me if this is even possible and if so what's the best way to implement it? I have a remote network using an ASA 5505 to VPN back to the home office's 5515. On the remote side our network uses a Cisco SG300 connected to the 5505. There is a second company at the remote site with their own network sharing the same office space. This company wants access to a corporate website available to the computers on our network. Is there a way to interconnect the two networks using just switches? My instinct is telling me not without a router so is it possible to utilize the ASA in this manner? Any help is appreciated!

You could configure a second VLAN on your ASA 5505 and plug this into their network.  It would need an IP address from their network.  The default gateway for their network would need a route to your ASA 5505.

The ASA 5505 VPN to your 5515 would need to be extended to include their subnet range.
