How would i create new network between firewall and switch? im wanting the vlans on the switch then create a trunk port ti the firewall and then manage the traffic sent from the switch on the firewall?
@wfirth2012 this is one way to go. You can also create a layer3 interface on the switch and on the firewall and route the traffic. But it will require the switch to be layer3 capable. If the switch is only layer2, the way you are think is the right way.
