I am having an issue with all of my switches on the network roughly 100 switches are not backing up to a server, this was working a few months ago but no longer is. So far this is the only thing that I see out of place:
The maximum archive configurations allowed is 10.
The next archive file will be named tftp://x.x.x.x/(SWITCH_NAME)-<timestamp>-1

These are the basic configs for the path on all of switches
archive
log config
logging enable
logging size 500
notify syslog contenttype plaintext
path tftp:x.x.x.x
time-period 20160

start with a "ping x.x.x.x" to see if this address is reachable at all from the switch
second login into the host x.x.x.x to see if the tftp process is up-and-running
third check if there is enough filespace available
fourth check the tftp server log for any other messages that point to the problem
