I have 2 IBM LW SFP TRANSCEIVER product number 22R2207, I want to know if these are compatible for use in my Cisco 3560G SFP ports for uplinks to my other switches? Does anyone know if this is possible?

Try it it will either work or it won't recognize it and give an error.
