No physical differences in all of them, regardless when it was built.
Same color. Same weight. Components are the same. Same functions.
If you have switches recently received that, for example, has a different set of s_crews then there's a high chance you're looking at a counterfeit. Unless you get refurbished or RMA-ed, the fonts to the serial numbers should not change much.

IOS versions are same on all of them.
Are there difference between these switches that produced in 2012 with these switches produced in 2013? ( year of produced is important)
