Actually i have 7600 router and all trafic passes through Gi0/1(Routed port) interface to 6500 series switch.
I need to create a vlan on this router eg. vlan 10
Any how it is possible assign a vlan to routed port and traffic of wan interfaces and the vlan traffic passed together.

You can't assign a vlan to a routed port, but you can create vlan 10 and also create an SVI for vlan 10. Then you trunk the connection and assign the current routed port ip to the SVI (on both sides). This way, the traffic for vlan 10 and all the other vlans traverses the same port.

Thanks Reza Sharif for Reply and for your valuable feedback
,Actually I need to clear this concept for the implementation of FWSM (In Transparent mode) in our environment , we have to deploy FWSM in between 7613 router and 6513 switch like this 7613(Gi0/1)-->6513(Gi0/2)-->Internet
which are presently connected through 1 GBPs link , these two ports are in routed mode and to deploy FWSM in between we need to connect the inside interface of FWSM to 7613 (Gi0/1) by putting them in same VLAN for. e.g VLAN 10 but as you said in routed mode VLAN concept is not applied.
please some help me how can i do this.
