Audio Video Bridging (AVB)

I have a question about the AVB on the Cisco Catalyst 9600. There is a document that shows the commands for avb.

But on the Cisco website, Table 1.   Catalyst 9000 switches that support AVB there is no C9600 mentioned.

Also, does stacking (HA) is supported in AVB?

I also just recently started looking into this technology, I saw that it's not supported on stack switches. I'm wondering if someone can elaborate the reasoning for that.
