Auto QoS on Cisco 3650 24td-s switch

HI,

we have noticed as on brand new cisco 3650 switch QoS is installed by factory.

QoS policy is applied on control plane (control-plane       service-policy input system-cpp-policy).

default switch configuration is attached herewith for reference.

for which purpose this QoS is configured, is it affect our normal data traffic.

we are not going to use these switches as wireless controller.
we are planning to use two switches will be a stack, connect internal servers and perimeter firewall, switch will manage different vlan traffic.
