Backup configurations of 2960S through Cisco Network Assistant

I have two 2960S switches that I manage via CNA. I need to make backup of their configs and when I try to run a back up via configuartion archive on the maintenace tab i get an error on both switch saying a backup could not be preformed and to see log for more details. Where can I find this "log" and why are the backups failing on these switches?

not familiar with CNA, but you can login via telnet and use the cli to do a "sh logging" that will tell you the error messages in the logs.
