what is the back up for switch and what is the professional back up for switch and complete back up for switch

HI

The switch has two configs ie.

1.Running-config which is the config the router is using currently and operatinal,this config will be erased if u restart the router without saving the configs.

2.Startup config this config is in nvram and the router used this config when starting up

U need to take the backup of startup config.

If possible u can take the backup of the IOS which will be flash.
