I have a Cisco network with several Cisco switches(the core switch being a 4506). We have a Siemens Highpath 4000 handling our VOIP and for some reason the 4000 is showing bad IP quality to and from the NCUI2 card. I have hard set the ports to 100/full and insured that they were not dropping packets. the Telephony Admin has changed the card to insure that is not the problem. Any help woulod be appreciated.
