Hi ,
I am one of unfortunate customer of linksys who invested in router EA6200. This might be first gen router in this series. Soon problem stated and i got it replaced from best buy. The router used to get overheat and disconnected many times. I get it replaced and thought will give it little time to see if things improve. After that disconnection reduced but it will still heating. Time passed by and now after one year router is completely stopped.
I called service fellow. The phone connected somewhere in india. The service rap was not so good to listen to the whole story. He said if warranty is passed and it is beyond one day they will not replace the router. I writing here to look into this issue. I understand there is a policy, but at the same time we need to understand this case by case. The router was not good from the beginning, i last purchased it was 1/14/14 it stopped working on 3/20/15. it just one extra month passed. Router works for year and years. There is clear manufacturing defect since this was overheating from the start.
Please look into this.

These forums are for getting technical help with Cisco products and are mostly, although not exclusively, populated by people who don't work for or speak for Cisco and do so in their own time and voluntarily.
The forums are not for complaints about Cisco equipment so you won't get any answers here.
If you have a grievance with Cisco then you need to find another avenue to complain perhaps from the people you purchased your hardware from.
No offence intended, just wanted to let you know this isn't the place for these types of post.
