bandwidth restrict

Hi

i have an internet link of 256k and i want to restrict the bandwidth for a host, i mean i need that the host only can use 56k of the link, how can i do this? i have a cisco 1751 with ios 12.2.4

You can configure QOS rate limiting for a host and assing a bandwidth of 56K.
