Best Device For the Following Application

I have a L3(3550) and L2(2950) Swithces, Different client are connected with these switches ports (Almost 1000), whats is the best device(Router) which we can use For a ( Nating , Traffic Shaping, Bandwidth Management of the Client, IP basced Bandwidth restricaiton, IP based traffice Analysis)

Depending upon your traffic you can look into Cisco 2811/3825 or Juniper J2300/M10i. For IP based traffic analysis you may need some other application.
