best way to prove web site response over LAN/WAN

Hi All

We have a site in the USA complaining of slow performance over the WAN, They say the intranet is slow from the UK

Ping times are around 110ms and seem fine

Is there any software I can run to give me network vs application response time

I used some solarwinds free software where I load the packet capture in and it gives network and response time, but i'm not convinced

it gives about 130ms for network and 170ms for web page, does this seem about right? and would these be acceptable results ?

Web site performance can be made visisble in a browser, if you use Chrome, press F12 to open the developers view, the hit the "network" TAB. This will give you an insight on how well a particular part of a website performs.
