BGP Neighbor 172.30.. IPv4 Unicast topology base removed from session BGP Notification

Hi Team,

Could someone explain this log and help me with the troubleshooting. 

GRE tunnel is configured between 2 location , where as the BGP moves to active state frequently and not passing BGP traffic . Tunnel as usual shows up and up.

Post the full running configs of both sides.
