SFP not working on cisco 3750 switch

Fellow colleagues, kindly help me confirm why SFP is not working on my 3750 switch. The SFP is cisco compatible as it worked fine in the 9200 and 9500 switch but not working on the 3750.

Is it because the switch has entered End of sale, so it doesn't take new cisco sfp?.....or what ?

Please what could be the reason.

what SFP model is this?

can you post the model and what is the Logs you get when you insert the SFP into Port?
