How could you adjust quantities of traffic coming from multiple BGP peers?
I am thinking of MED and AS Path prepends to influence how ISPs reach your BGP routers...
Anyone with an idea?

Can u please explain it more and make it more clear.
If u want to tweak traffic flow u can use local pref in command for the neighbors.
