okay I've made 8 vlan `s to now the idea that no connection can be made into an example vlan vlan 1 vlan can not go 2,3,4,5,7,8,9

It's still difficult to understand your question. However, if you are having issues with VLANs not being able to communicate with each other, you would need to check your trunks, to make sure you are allowing the necessary VLANS. If you do not want VLANs across certain trunks, you can manually allow them, or allow only the VLANS you need.
SW1(config)#int fa0/20
SW1(config-if)#switchport trunk allowed vlan 3,5,6
