Boot fail cisco 2960x after firmware update gui

After firmware ugrade c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-7.E3.tar done in gui my switch will not boot.

I have connected it to usb /terminal and get this output :

flash_init

load_helper

dir flash:  (post this output also)

if you see some .bin file, try to boot from that file 

example :

boot flash:/image.bin

[marce1000]

 - I suspect the intended firmware has not been installed fully and or correctly. Try again, and verify the md5sum when it sits on the flash.
