Boot Interruptions at beginning

Cisco 2960S 24TD-L switch boot interrupt at initial booting as follow. 

Using driver version 1 for media type 1
Base ethernet MAC Address: 04:da:d2:de:5b:80
Xmodem file system is available.
The password-recovery mechanism is enabled.

Not enough intoformation. At the end of the process, which prompt do you see?  Do you start the boot process or are you just unpluging the power cable.

what is the issue, are you not able to intrupt to get in to ROMMON ? what is the issue.,
